How do I file a claim with Route?

If you have purchased Route shipping insurance at checkout, you will need to file a claim with them for loss or theft. Here is the link where you can file your claim, https://shoppers.help.route.com/hc/en-us. You can use either your Route order number, or your BOLA granola order number.
